Whilst funny, did it really pass scruitineering?

Yup me and ben took it though scruitering and the man who was scruternearing didnt know what to say. It fitted in the box and it was over weight by quiet a bit lol. And we had more than the 3 alocated numbers on. And there is no rule in the rule book saying it is only aloud 4 wheels.
