How do I know how many cells my lipo has?

Yesterday I bought 2 hpi plazma 7.4v 3000mah lipos with my rc10b4.1 and have no idea what setting to charge them. Not had an rc car for a good few years, last car I had was nitro and before that used nimh batt's.

3.7 volts per cell on lipos

charge at 3 amps 2 cell LIPO mode ONLY
