Can batley be used for practice?

Hi, just wanting some info on joining the club, not wanting to race just yet but would be good if it is possible to practice down at spenborough as I'm only 5mins away.

Should be okay as long as it is not nitro - we do not have permission to run petrol cars - too noisy for residents.

Another new guy!

Hi Folks, I too would like to come along on Sunday for a look around if that's Ok?

Is there any legislation on the use of LiPo cells to power cars or can they run at the track?
Cheers,
Alan.

You will be fine, infact most club drivers now use Lipo batteries, as they are SO much easier to look after compared to NIMH cells. :)
