Soft kyosho shocks?

Hey! A got a secondhand slash 2wd a while ago and it came with kyosho dbx shocks and i bought some 45w oil and putted it in the shocks. But it feels very soft. Im using the stock slash white progressive springs. I cant really jump with the truck because its too soft. I thought 45w was pretty thick? I dont really know what pistons im there.
Will i need thicker oil or stiffer springs?
Do i need stiffer springs or thicker oil? And does pteload spacers have anything to do with how stiff the suspension is?

If you dont know the shocks you might want to look at this pic http://www.redrc.net/wp-content/uplo...yoshodbx-3.jpg

sc trucks seem to like heavy oil i run 55 in my hyper 10sc and stiff springs. dont think spacers affect it. i would try springs first cos 45 should be ok for a slash but maybe help a bit heaveyer

Okay thanks! Im gonna try some stiffer springs. But its always flipping when i turn. Especially on grass. Wont the problem get worse with stiffer springs?
