You can order them here. I ordered 2 myself.
Haven't had to install one yet though.

And Tamiya will release 54262 TRF201 Reinforced 52T Ball Diff Gear.
(and 54263 TRF201 High Traction Lower Deck and 54254 TRF201 Aluminum Rear Upright 0 Deg, but´s that a different story);)
