Losi to ae oil weights
Is there a comparison chart anywhere please?. I believe Losi is a bit thicker meaning 30wt losi is different to 30wt associated. I'm sure I've seen a chart somewhere, but cant find it now.
Thanks |
Acording to northy who has tested them and he says that there is no difference.

but.. there is a difference.
|
How do you know this???
A |
because ive bench tested oils to see if there was a difference.. and there was. it's also known through most racers that there is about an extra 5wt in losi oils compared to AE.

Hello
Here you can find something interesting : http://mini-zone.com/articles.php?lng=fr&pg=592 http://img511.imageshack.us/img511/6...ssolosidd4.jpg :) |
So that table says there is a 2.5wt difference, above people have said there is a 5wt difference, I say there is no difference.
The page that is oftern linked to has a similar table at the top of the page, but at the bottom of the page they have done some temperature testing and that suggests there is no difference. G |
I say it doesn't matter, so long as you stick to one brand or the other.
|
Don't take it too seriously!
Take chill 'pill' to come down about 10wt and lighten up! Ho-ho-ho |
