Cougar sv topdeck settings

Looking to see what people generally run really! From the manual it says I can adjust flex by bolting the screws down, using r clips and not running the rods at all! What should I use as a starting point? Namely for the southport track!

I'd leave the posts out, so it's at it's 'softest' setting
