Locking the centre diff?
 
Whats the easiest way to completely lock the center diff?

drill a nice hole through the case and shaft under where the bearing sits, all you have to do ro unlock it then is slide the bearing off, push out the pin and slide bearing back on. why are you locking the centre?? i have tried previously, car was good on loose gravel but not on any surface with grip

No real reason other than I like to drift! :) I also saw a buggy at the weekend on 5s that would wheelie at about 40mph! :woot:

Dunno, there was some bashing going on near where I fly helis in Horbury, he was a youngish lad, crazy hair?! He mentioned another forum while I was there but not this one, he said they arrange the meetings on there.

Hello, First Post on here, Hide notified me about this thread, so i figured i might aswell sign up!

I used JB Metal Weld to lock the diff, it was a temporary measure to be ready for that bash on sunday, but i am enjoying the wheelies! :woot:

I would hazard a guess around 45-50mph.

On 6s, I have had 58 out of it :woot:
