X6 2 Kit missing part.

Who do I speak to regarding missing parts? Started the build of my brand new XFK021 kit and am missing one of the cap head screws that hold the aluminium front hinge pin brace in place. Only 1 was included but I had an extra unrequired button head screw in it's place! Only completed bags A and B and hoping the rest of the kit is OK. This is the first time I've ever had missing parts in an RC kit
Have to say apart from the missing part it's gone together beautifully so far.

Hi, Just give us a call or email later on using the contact detials in my signature below and we can arrange to get the correct screw out to you this afternoon in the post.

All we will need to know is what store did your kit come from (if it was not our own) and your address detials to send it to....

Very odd that a part is missing or wrong, but like everything else NOT impossible when all of the kits are packed by human hands. We will give Chazz a slap for that error and blame him regardless...... :)

Best Wishes

Darren, X-Factory UK

I am the person who packs almost every X Factory Kit and part. So if something is missing, it is indeed me who deserves the slap in the head. My apologies.

We are sending much, but not all, of the hardware to a place that employs developmentally disabled people. They put little labels in the bags they do, and they are remarkably accurate -- I think they are more accurate than I am. I know that there's a hardware bag for that screw, so it may be them, but ultimately of course it's X Factory's problem.

As usual, Darren is moving quickly to do the right thing. We can't be perfect, but if we work to do right all is well.

Missing part (screw) has already been sent to the customer direct this afternoon :)
