what type of program is the gear ratio program written in/with?
is it easy to do? doesn't have to have sliders have a similar thing I want to do so the easier the better as I've not done an progamming before |
There is a good chance it is written in Visual Basic or some flavour of C/C++
Depending on what you are proposing to do and whether you plan to distribute it, a spreadsheet might be the easiest solution. |

Just downloaded it, just a zip file
There's a .dat file you can edit and put any car you want into along with the final drive ratio and it works. I still prefer a chart tho, it's easier, knock one up in excel. Here's one I just did for a B4. |
