Sv Ride Height

I am noticing that I have to crank down the spring collars to almost max front and back in order to have even decent ride height. Running 40 Front 30 back stock springs mid setting on stock tower..

Anyone else have this issue..

What are you running for ride height?

Running on rutted packed track.

I originally ran mine at 24mm ride height with stock springs. I changed my setup to the longer springs and I dont have to crank down the springs as much. It does look funny with the springs cranked down.

Long all around?

I wish Schumacher would make some colour codes on their springs. I have no idea what I have .

I normally run about 19-22mm front and rear.

Weighing in at 1640g (without any added brass), in saddle pack formation, my Cougar sits approximately 25mm clear at the rear and 30mm clear at the front. This is with the stiffest Schumacher springs specified for the kit i.e. black mediums at front and blue longs at rear. I am compressing the springs as little as possible, just enough to keep the springs taut when not under load, about half an inch at rear and a cm at front.

I agree the ride height is surprisingly low, though in my case it could be improved by running the lipos in stick formation.
