I use the ip4200 30c+ and you do need to take about 2mm off the centre bulkheads, to get the ip5200 45c in you will need to take another 1.5mm off, not sure on other makes, but sure someone else could help:)

The new Intellect 35C 5000mAh saddle packs are the identical height as the old 30C 4200mah packs. Pugs is right, just remove a bit of aluminum from the center bulkheads, and the Intellect packs are perfect! :)

All saddle packs fit - if you have the right tray

Get Fredrik Emilsson's LiPo-tray. You only need to extend the battery posts with a spacer or two when you get beefier batteries. His tray requires neither drilling nor filing and moves the batteries back. They clear the bulk head so you the only limiting factor will be the top deck, but that is miles away...

I run IP 5 200/45C in mine, which fit perfectly.

I use the orion 4500 45C Lipo's in mine, they are quite big but fit fine still.
