Losi Piston Dimensions

Hi,

Can anyone give me any dimensions (overall diameter, thickness and centre hole diameter) for Losi 10th scale pistons? I am trying to see if they will fit my micro big bore shocks...

If someone has some red/pink ones to spare, that would be ace, and I will kindly take them off your hands.

Thanks,

Mark

The associated pistons have the same diameter than the losi ones.

Maybe try them?

Off the top of my head...

Dia: .400in

Thickness: .080in

Here you'll have all you are looking for or almost, just no thickness.

Had a quick look at this idea on Friday night. The AE/Losi pistons look to be a good fit in the 3Racing shocks. However the hole size is quite abit bigger on the 1/10th pistons, plus they have atleast 2holes.

You could always try the AE blank pistons and drill them yourself to a good size for the 1/18th setup, say about 1mm.

Already tried this I'm afraid, and neither the AE or Losi pistons will quite fit in the 3racing LST shocks.

The stock 3racing pistons are a similar shape to the Losi tho, but the holes will need to be drilled out to 1.10 mm which is the same as the Losi red pistons.

2 holes would be good, and try 35wt front oil and 30wt rear as a starter
