lol, I just took a break from the chiselling! Well they aren't quite that bad... You missed some good racing on Sunday Jim!

Legacy555 14-06-2010 09:37 AM

Any word on how the boys got on?

Chinch 14-06-2010 09:56 AM

It was a great weekend and i think all enjoyed :)

tony6187 14-06-2010 09:59 AM

i did ok in 2wd think i ended up 9th (or so) overall in the e final(11 car finals.4wd was a disaster just couldnt get to grips with it at all finished 5th in the h(bottom final)although i was wining the first leg by about half a lap when i dumped(still have to figure out why) won the second by a lap and when leading the third leg the car stopped dead with a minute to go:thumbdown: not sure of ian and stephens overall 2wd positions but they where in the f final.in 4wd ian finished 2nd overall in my final and stephen was 3rd in the g.colin was 1oth in the g final 2wd and did not race in 4wd

Chinch 14-06-2010 10:14 AM

I got drawn 6th in the H final... Was first time ever with a transmitter in my hand so i think it was a really good result to be fair :)

mole2k 14-06-2010 10:29 AM

I finished up 59th overall in 2wd (4th in F-Final) and 69th in 4wd (3rd in G-Final). Struggled really for most of the qualifying runs making silly mistakes only ended up with one or two good runs, needed 3!

Legacy555 14-06-2010 10:33 AM

Well done all, you missed nothing here - rain ceased racing after round 2.
So we packed everything up and the sun came out!!!!

Oh well, one more race day before Oswestry - time for a result!!

colmo 14-06-2010 11:37 AM

I avoided the wooden spoon in the 2wd, so a result there! My 2nd ever outing with a 2wd, and have to say I love it!

Special thanks to Ian and Tony for all the help, and the loan of an X6 while my Madrat lay broken on Saturday.

Dropping out of 4wd proved to be a good move - it was tough going for the other 3 guys all doing 2 classes. I promise the BJ4 will be rebuilt by next year...
