b4 rear pins
need the pin that spins the wheel at the back of the b4 at the end of the dogbone, dont know what the parts called

#7369 Universal Roll Pin is probably what you are looking for although a lot of people replace them will solid pins (which are stronger).

Yep, or make your own from 1.6mm piano wire cut to length?

I bought some of the solid FT axle pins, but I find them a very loose fit and if you are not careful they easily fall out of the axle. Do any of you do something to stop this, if so what? Or do you just put up with it?

Fit the pin with loctite or thread lock, this will stop them falling out when you have the wheel off.
