shock oils

hi all what shock oils are people running as i will be getting the big bores for my s1 and would like an idea of what oil to buy just as a good all rounder. advice for front oil choices and rear as well.

im floting arround 40 and 45 in the front and 30 in the rear with 4.0 / 4.5 springs on the front and 2.0 on the rear, oh im using losi oil.
