I Didn't make this but

it's another conversion

all I need now is an 8th IC minus the motor

:) I didn't go through all 24 pages but if your referring to the electric 1/8th buggy on the first page it looks a bit 'Heath Robinson' compared to this guy's efforts, check this out........

Now thats what I call a neat job!:)

That car on the second link is just plain awsome. I would love to have a go with that. It just looks like lots of professionals have come together to emerge with that car. That is one sweat car.

it does look good but why would you want an electric truggy. can't see the point of it myself.

annie_himself 30-07-2007 11:14 PM

No motor to tune, no break-in, no hassles, can run anywhere....need I go on?

matt 31-07-2007 08:33 AM

batteries always on charge and can no longer race it. Even for bashing i can't see the point as you would get longer run times with a nitro and you could keep going all day.

But think or the Torque from that BL motor

Actualy i dont see why he isnt running like 4s lipo

its in bits at the mo because it was heavily over geared,(around 11 overall should be about 17:p ) so i got a bj4 slipper, just need some custom made driveshafts and it'll fly again(well not fly it weight almost 4kg's)

will post pics of a well neat hyper 7 when the site there on is back up

:) matt, I don't think this guy actually wanted an electric truggy as he sold it soon after building it, I think he mainly wanted to rise to the challenge of showing it could be done and his skills in doing it. I personally wouldn't want a 1/8th electric truggy but I can appreciate the work that wnet into creating this.:)
