how are you guys setting your shocks on your sv's, and what springs can i get away with buying?

If it's the pro version make sure you clean them well before assembly. Depends what surface your running on for springs. If it's grass or astro a set of 4.5 for the front should be enough to buy initially.

2.0 for the rear as kit come with 2.5 , and 4.5 for the front should see u set,dont over tighten the tops down as youll get to much rebound try to aim for 5-10mm

Thanks for the quick replies, I will be running on just grass and astro, roughly which shock oils and pistons should I be using as a starting point

Try the kit pistons with 25wt rear and 35wt front.

heres are southport set up this was run on grass till it cut up theres around 100 grms a weight in and around the rear of the lipo

How tight do you do them? I am changing the oils in mine this week on the rears.

just enough to stop oil coming out the bleed hole , you should feel them pinch on the outer bit of the bladder then turn about a quarter a turn further, if you go to fare youll never be able to get 5-10mm of rebound

I personally run 2.5 rears (kit) and 4.5 fronts, kit pistons and losi oil... 37.5 front 32.5 rear
