Regional Track Preperations
 

I have booked the van and will be collecting it at 12:30 and it's going to be a F.O Luton van with tail lift so it shouldn't take too long. :thumbsup:

Fingers crossed we can clear the lot in 2 trips.

I would like everyone possible to be at Seaham no later than 13:15.

Also anyone got a Gazeebo they can lend for race control????

The van is going back Monday morning so if you want to take the gear to the new venue it must be done Sunday night.

What time can we get into bents park for????

As I'll probably not be able to help if your only starting then.

I'm going to speak to the council contact tomorrow.

I'll be spending the morning making sure they do what they are supposed to.

I'm going to ask them if they will start early. The earlier I get the van the earlier we start as well.

Track building at Bents Park from 1pm

I'll be there as soon as I can, Wont get in from work til just after 1 then pick caravan up, load up then I'm on my way :thumbsup:

Dont know where you lads are gettign your times from, but the only unchangeable times are those times the council workers are booked into do stuff.
