Ansman Macnum | build, pics and tricks

Ordered a Macnum Truck for 2 sec ago..did see that Silent_bob my clubmate have te Buggy, he passed by the club yesterday and i think it looks ral good...Since i have the B4 and S2 there is no need for another one, but we do have a truck class here...

So my Q are.

Best place for spares UK or other.
Bering size where i have to upgrade and how many? can the RT5 bearing kit fit?
RC10T4 T buckles do they fit?
What rims hex/fitment does this truck use? 12mm or? can a AE converison be done ? or so

gerbil 23-05-2010 05:22 PM

hi mate ae turnbuckles fit
and i converted the front end to t4 spec all i did was bore out the wish bones at front where the hinge pin goes through at they are a bit bigger than ae ones but other than that it was fine
ae rear cvds are avalible from team c in japan or china but the kyosho truck wheels fit (think its 12mm)
as for bearing i just looked on ebay and found them straight away for about 10pounds
spares wise not sure on that one

kaylon 01-06-2010 01:30 PM

Thanks

J

Thomas P 01-06-2010 06:49 PM

CA glue :)

pics will come, trucks are located on the local PO now :D..

nicefrog 01-06-2010 06:54 PM

Thomas, do you play table tennis?, they often seal the edge of the blade/bat with super glue (ca) and then polish it, like you are doing on the carbon

zagonielod 01-06-2010 07:09 PM

Do you play table tennis nicefrog? :) I like it, and I play it as often as I can, though I'm not a very good player.
I like go kart as well :D I had a competition today, it was the 4th race out of 10 today.

nicefrog 01-06-2010 08:00 PM

Yep, I play table tennis in competitions. I don't go kart though :). I have had a drive of one only once. I was pretty fast (faster than the owner) but I didn't have enough money for that sport :). So I just stayed with table tennis, did you see my orange and green truck :)?

zagonielod 01-06-2010 08:05 PM

Of course I've seen it :) It is a nice paint job! Looks pretty professional. I have put some stickers on mine, and it still has the starting number form the race :)
It looks pretty good with the stickers :D
So you are a good driver as well :) Glad to hear that.

Thomas P 02-06-2010 02:15 PM
