couger sv setup
 

just a couple of quick questions about the couger, basically i will be getting setup for racing at oswestry (again) :( after a couple of failed attempts due to work etc, hopefully this time i will be able to do it.
anyways will be running a speed passion gt 2.0 lpf esc and a v3 7.5turn motor with lrp 30c lipos and was wondering what gearing to use.
any help would be great.

My chart says with e SPv3 7.5 you need a ratio of 7.5-9.0.

With kit spur of 83 you'll get a 24 pinion on which is almost in just in that range with 8.99.

You really need to get hold of a 78 spur (RW), to get into that ratio band a bit easier. You'd then be able to run a say 25 pinion to get a 8.11 ratio.
