There are people on here who have sold to him so they have phone numbers and addresses from paypal still on their records.

I saw some posts saying give him a break hes probably busy.
seems hes not to busy to list items and collect the cash just too busy to to get to the post office.I think theres a few people that want to give him break... why hasn't he been kicked off oOple.

I don't have admin rights to do it but maybe mods should look at blocking his access to just the trader section until he has sorted out all outstanding issues relating to his dealings on o0ple

I doubt he cares much about his access rights, having already pocketed what sounds like a good few hundred pounds.

If he thinks he's getting away with it, he's sadly mistaken.

He used to race at our club, Jarrow (Seaham club), but disappeared a few months ago.
Ive not seen him since.
There are a few lads who are waiting on lipos at the club I believe.
He was a regular at our club and Gateshead club , with a good record of attendance and seemed a good lad, until his disappearance, though I only spoke to him a handful of times.
I can't understand his attitude since.....?

Personally, I don't sell stuff without thinking "Will I be able to send it when it sells?" hence if on ebay, I don't list any more than 2-3 things at a time. He needs to have some thought on planning and respect that when people buy it, they want it!

There should be a sticky "advised to avoid" list at the top of the selling section, only editable by mods, so names can be added and stay on the list until no further complaints for 3 months. Which means buyers can complain to mods/cc mods for them to update the list.

Been waiting on a partial refund from pete since just after christmas, when he sold me a lemon of a B4

i wanted a refund to but when i asked he said he had spent the money so i keep sending him texts but no reply

If you have copies of him saying he has spent the money then you should take it to the police. Let them deal with it.
