The annual general meeting of the 1/12 section of the BRCA was held over the weekend.
2 changes came into effect that have relevance to our racing. The first regards tyre additive. At this point only Jack the gripper is now allowed at BRCA meetings.

The 2nd change regards nicads. At nationals only 3 cells will be allowed ie 3,6 volts , The idea is to create a level playing field with LIPO'S.
At club we wouldn't expect anyone to stop using 4 cells (10.5 brushless , 19 t brushed or 12t ezrun.) Should you wish to try 3 cells, motors than can be used are 10.5 brushless ,19t brushed and 9 turn ezrun.
As regards additive it probably makes sense to follow suit and buy JTG in the future.
I will look into buying in bulk for the club to sell to members.
