I use Losi shock oil, very good.
About the diff grease, I use the stock one, dont know if it's good or not, but I have only this one.
Shum diff grease is the best for many driver. Tamiya or Asso ones are good too.

The grease that comes with it is annoyingly slimey, I think it's good enough. So don't worry about that but bearings and decent screws would be my first two things to make sure I had next time I build one.

If they only fixed those two things and put the price up 10 pounds it would be x10 times more awesome. Well a clear body on the kit versions like kits should have would be good too :)

Hi!
Well, I have seen that the majority is using 35WT oil in the front and 30WT oil in the rear. I have a bottle of Factory Team 35WT and another smaller bottle of Tamiya 600. I've put the kit oil in the rear shocks cas it seems thinner.

On our 2 rats we use Losi 35 in the fronts and Ansmann (Dr Liquid) 300cps (I think thats between 25 & 30 Losi) in the rears. Diff grease I've used Ansmann Molybdeen grease, which seems to be ok.... unless anyone knows different?
