Old KO Receiver Help Please...

1 Attachment(s)
I have an old KO receiver from off of the '90s that I want to put into use again. Does anybody know what way round the connectors go? ie Which is the signal pin in the attached piccy? I think the KO connectors may be different these days? Cheers muchly.

i'm sure the old KO's were a different way round to the futaba ones. I know this because i blew up a friends receiver years ago when we swapped it over in a hurry between rounds!

not sure at what point they adopted the now standard layout. can possibly check on the KO website or drop them an email?

Yeah I'm DEFO sure it's not the same as I too have blown stuff when I finally changed over. I think it's the black and red that are reversed comparred to everything else.

I think that is one of the ones that was different to how they are today - but I don't remember which way round they would be on that one.

Right, old KO receivers the wiring is nearest the inside is signal centre wire is minus (black) outside nearest the edge is plus (red) a lot of the old sanwa receivers are the same. I am pretty shore they changed to the futaba wiring when they changed to white, red, and black. Hope this helps. Ashley
