SpeedPower in CAT SX
 

I assume I need to grind off the locator tabs on the bottom of the SpeedPower lipo's so they fit in the CAT SX? :eh?:

no you don't,if you do that the battery will be illegal for use at most clubs and all national event,you need to use the lipo chassis or do as we have and make your own battery slots

So is it ok to dremel the chassis then , doed this not affect handling ? Only asking as I considered doing mine but didn't want to write off the chassis in the process.

Not sure if Speed Power is the same.

But with my LRP 5300 40c I just turned it upside down so the lugs are at the top.

Works with no Problems

cant do that with speed power lipo, yeh its ok to do that to the chassis or as i said buy the propper one from schuy click me for carbon or click me for s1
