First of all, you have to pay close attention to the installation of the C-clip, like mentioned in another thread here. Make sure the clip isn't overstretched after installation. It shouldn't move much in the groove.
This is the most important part.
Then I went further and did some "diff fixing overkill" after some of my diff screws broke off at the head.
This is a personal preference, but I never liked the original CAT diff screw system (with the 1,5mm hex counterscrew). So I drilled out the M3 thread in the hub, took a longer screw (with a stronger 2,5mm head) and simply used a classic M3 locknut to tighten the diff. Again, this is a personal preference but I prefer this method of thightening the diff over the original 1,5mm hex counterscrew.
