Durango Springs ??

hello, and time for more stupid questions on my part! can someone please decode the durango spring rates for me? from lightest to stiffest? i see the Specifications of the springs are listed, but what do the mean as far as rate goes?

i am using the stock springs, and the car is VERY under-sprung on my track
