Committee Meeting
 

We had a very constructive committee meeting tonight and we'll forward minutes to all club members in due course outlining what was discussed and any changes that will take place at the club.

Don't panic though, nothing major, only a few small tweaks which will only help to improve the racing and the overall running of the meetings each week, plus a news update on the ongoing progress of our off-road track.

Yes, Lucas has been hard at work for over three months now on this and I thank him for his time and effort so far, but there are still a few things we need to address before submitting our planning. Better to be well prepared and secure a successful application :D

Is there any news on the rules for the 1/18th's.

Currently the club has decided not to make any changes just yet and will continue as we have done so with a relatively open class. Once we get to ohear about the new rules being discussed with the BRCA micro committee we'll then have a look to see if we want to make any changes.

As soon as the 2010-11 BRCA Micro Section rules are available ill get a copy sent over to Scott :)

Ross, as our next Championship is starting this week we shall be running as per the last one for the micros for now.

As mentioned above, we are likely to get our hands on the new rules being proposed by the BRCA once the Championship has started. We will therefore look to introduce some or all of those rules for all future Championships.

I will be emailing you all this week before Friday's 1st Round. I hope to see you there along with everyone else :thumbsup:

PS. The only difference for the Spring Championship will be for those drivers who've moved up or down in the Forumla ratings.
