Silly Question-Would like some opinions..
Hey guys, long story short.. I last weekend stripped a front 1.. and stupidly and in a rush ordered some new Schu Mini pins.. pre-glued. And not massively into 1/10th-1/8th is my area. I forgot these sodding 1/10th's all have different wheel fittments-Bit of a joke.. if you ask me.. but hey ho..
Um, and the schuey's are on Rev-Lite wheels both take the single-pin design.. I was wondering-If it is possible for the front to remove the hex-And shim out the pin-so that the front would work.. I tested it earlier without shims and worked just fiddling by hand.. but wondering if pad out the -Play -Like the rear but the shaft is slightly shorter. Would that work... for just some general use ect.. Or is it a complete no go.. I dont really want to have to fork out for some new rims ect and tyre's. I dont have the time to take them off the rev-lites. Would this work at all? anyone tried it. I will when have spare £ get new ones ect.. but for the time being.. I cant see too much of a issue.. apart from maybe little more wear on bearing ect.. just wanted to seek some help before I tried it.. or did and screwed a wheel as well..
thanks guys!
