Updating Speed Passion Software

Hi,

Anyone gone through the process for a GT 2 Pro?

Basically on the update list there are lots of files listed, I have avoided the ones refering to stock, but which is the latest? Top of the list just below stock?

Also I noticed that there are profiles again I assume this is for easy switching when track conditions change?

Cheers,

Mike

i dont believe the numbers are referring to what release they are , they are just different varients to try , they all effect different things

Wish I hadn't bothered then. Tekin update software is much better.

Again the documention isn't clear about the update types :(

Im pretty convinced that the numbers like "090731" is the release date for that software, iv bee reading trough the SP thread on RC Tech about stock software and when they talk about different releases and when they came out it seems to match the number in the list. I can be totally wrong

And yes the profiles is for easy switching but you need to use the LCD programmer to switch

I thought the same with the dates.

There are then letters at the end. T, g etc

got a link?

A quick look around on oople....and I think this is the one you want:

version1_16 =V1.10_090205g_T

I ran the version 1_16 =V1.10_090205g_T then tried the version 1_21 =V1.10_090731c_t my opinion is that the later has a much more linear feel to it, my motor also ran much cooler than before about 20C

Im not the one who just does something because someone says so I NEED to know Why :-)
