Where to buy Tekin T8 motor and pinion?
 

Having had 2 Novak rotors fail (spinning on the shaft) running a HV4.5 with an RX8 in my E-Revo. I'm looking to get a T8 motor. I've asked Fusion Hobbies, who don't stock them and it's going to take a few days just to get a price. Any other places to try?

Pinion wise, I've run the RW Racing 32DP pinions so far, but these were a bit of a pain because I had to re-drill the grub screw hole in order to line it up properly on the E-Revo. Robinson Racing pinions seem very popular in the US, but where to get them?

Mmm, Stormer Hobbies was doing them quite cheaply recently.

Another to try would be RC-Monster, but you won't get anyone in the UK.

Thanks all, it's 0.8 mod I need for the E-Revo.

I liked the Impakt RC website, nice to be given stock status and shipping costs up front. $4 to ship the pinions from the US, it would be £2 from most places in the UK, if I could even find the pinions. I'll see what Fusion Hobbies can do on the motor.

What number of teeth do you want on this pinion? I have a castle 18T M0.8 sat here BNIP

Thanks, but I'm looking for something a little bigger than that, may suit if I went 6s.

I'm waiting for the postage costs from Stormer, but they look favourite, their price on the motor was the best.
