Ask Ralf Helbing how his speedos work right here --> http://forum.gm-racing.de/forum/default.aspx

He should be able to answer any questions asked in english.

Ok i have asked some questions at the gm forum and found out i require a GM 2894.9 adaptor lead.

Does anyone know where i can get one i have contacted demon products and action model both dont have any in stock.

Thanks for your help

there should have been an adapter lead in the box along with a sensor cable.

If you've not got one, I'd suggest going back to the modelshop where you bought it to get one.

Ive got the GM sensor leads in stock for gm to normal sensor plug, how long do u want ?

Meanwhile you can use your Novak 6.5 without sensors :)
GM Genius speedos are smooth as silk in sensorless mode.

For off road, my advice is simple. Mode 2, and drive! It should be fine, there should be no real need to fiddle with much.

The adapter lead was required for the Novak motors with the prewired leads. If you have one of the newer ones, you can use the GM sensor lead that is designed for GM ESC - Std motor.

The adapter lead used to come in the box of the older 120's. 90's used to get a normal lead as mentioned above. Not sure what comes with the latest spec 120's as i haven't ordered one!

I've been running the ESC's for coming up to a year, so i can help with most things.

Adaptor lead and sensor cable come in the new spec boxes, but no usb cable :)

Why after 3-4 mins does my car suddenly lose nearly all power and brakes ? It's definitely the speedo as i changed my speedo for another and it was faultless all day, luckily it happened in practice and didn't ruin my day this time, last time it happened was my final at the previous meeting i ran the car. Any help greatly appreciated.
