The first coverage we've 'let go' can be found here:

With the Cactus Classic coming up here in the states, I'm sure you'll see some more pics and info soon. Also, I know there's already one in the UK, soon to be two... :D:p:thumbsup:

The one in the UK ran around EPR at the Weekend ;)

Rebelrc 10-03-2010 07:32 AM

In a race or just in private Ellis?
How was it?

YoungChazz 10-03-2010 03:43 PM

Now c'mon Rebel. Everybody knows that, at this stage, we're not going to say anything, and pix will be few and far between.

To answer the real question, Yes, 4WD development goes forward as fast as we can do it.

Look carefully at tracks all over the world and you may catch a glimpse of one here or there. But you'll have to look -- there will be no flashing neon lights or marching bands.

Rebelrc 11-03-2010 07:57 PM

Thats not what i asked chazz...i never asked for any bands , i just asked a civilised question, as the car is not a secret because its existance was posted by you on the net
i am not aware of where your development is at...i just didnt want to have missed something new

goldy 11-03-2010 08:31 PM

I saw ellis do about 5 mins with the car before I left and I think he put a transponder in it. looked very very good to me.

Rebelrc 11-03-2010 10:04 PM

Cheers Chris ...but sssssssssshhhh! LOL

YoungChazz 12-03-2010 04:04 AM

Hi rebel,

Not unhappy with you at all, just trying to write truth in a friendly way. Doesn't always work out.

You are right. Unlike any other R/C company I know, X Factory develops new products and new cars right out in the open where you can see. While we don't send out press releases about way-in-the-future projects, and don't release many details, we do admit it is going on and do use input from the Family to make the products/cars better.

YoungChazz 12-03-2010 04:05 AM

And The Big E reports an excellent encouraging 4 minutes at EPR.

SHY 12-03-2010 08:43 AM

Will the new 4WD be based on Losi parts?

Or is the goal to make a 100% X-Factory car?

usafaircrew 12-03-2010 01:49 PM

All xfactory.

My hands got too blooming cold :(

Was only a quick check of a few things after most people had gone.

usafaircrew 12-03-2010 04:44 PM

Move down here to Florida and you won't have to worry about the cold!

Do you fancy a house swap for say 10 or 15 years?

usafaircrew 12-03-2010 06:19 PM

No thanks! I race all year and every weekend there are 6-7 tracks within a few hours to race at. One is even an indoor blue groove!
