Truck Championship
We're in the early stages of organising a championship for trucks, so I'm looking for feedback as to what everyone would like.
It will be a 6 round series, with the best 4 to count. The dates will be published in advance but will in all likelihood be one Friday per month for 6 months. The rules will be: 1) Trucks have to be 1/10th electric 2) see 1) Any thoughts? |
truck championship
i think we should only be aloud to run standard tyres (gives everyone a fair chance)
 |
What do you class as a truck?
|
Not sure, but how about...must have 'truck' in it's name? :p :woot:
|
if andy did rules, they'd probably be the best rules in the world lol...
you've got a water tight plan there fella lol :p |
Truck means
not a buggy, hope that's clearer now:woot::woot: stadium trucks, short course trucks, them sort of trucks:D |
regarding trucks
I noticed when watching February's edition of rc racing they had truck racing from the pda and one of the sc10's had a b4 body on it.
Would that be allowed? as I don't think it's right. Trucks should have truck bodies |
Sounds like a good idea to me, I'm in
Defo stock tyres tho, non of Paul's dirty cheatin' tyres .... |
Bring it on!!
When do you plan to start the championship old bud!;)

Round 1 of the truck championship was quite interesting as some drivers struggled to get used to the idea of racing and not bashing! ;)
Others had to contend with me discovering that I had intermittent brakes, sorry DanH. Anyway the results were: Class1: 1) Rob West - Associated SC10 - 101 (TQ & Win) 2) Dan Harding - Associated SC10 - 90 3) Pete Belsten - Associated T3 - 80 4) Dan Osborne - Associated SC10 - 70 5) Si Osborne - Associated SC10 - 60 6) Luke Morgan - Associated SC10 - 50 Class 2: 1) Roy Stewart - Hong Nor SCRT10 - 101 (lonely TQ & Win!) It was great fun and hopefully everyone is looking forward to round 2! |
