Differences between 501x and 511

Does anyone have both models? I would like to know if there were any changes between the front and rear gearbox areas and layout. Would stuff used on a 501 fit onto a 511 such as the alloy stuff?

Alot of Lipo users are running the 511.
Well I use high capacity nimh 5000 cells in my 501x worlds edition.;)
I also use some 3600's that I have laying around.:p
B44 battery tray does fit the 501x without the body being in the way of the thumb screws.

Or you could go for the new rudebits brass lipo tray in the 511. Nice bit of kit!!

Will these get me a tamiya sponsorship. I'm kidding.:p
The two big races I attended recently, with my 501x Worlds Edition.
Obviously I need more of these. 2 might not do it.
As you guys can see the B-main plaques are smaller than the A-main plaques.
I plan on hitting the state race and the winterblast every year.
