1/8th meetings next month?
 

Are there any 1/8th meetings around the Leeds area running on the 7th, 14th or 28th of next month?

I need to get some running in with my new toy before the Neo :thumbsup:

Deerdale is on the 14th but that be 1 1/2 drive for you though

Are there any (preferably astro) tracks anywhere near Leeds that are ok for people to run on a Saturday? I know sometimes nitro venues agree with the locals to only run at certain times because of the noise, I don't want to go upsetting anyone :bored:

NNRC run every 2 weeks or so. Its a permanent Astro track between Preston and Blackpool.

They do hold some test/practice days, your best going to the NNRC forum to hear about those, contact Birdy (Neil Birdess) directly for any advice on when to go over etc.

NNRC are running this Sunday. As Chris said you should check the site, we tend to run a little practice/tidy up day on a Saturday now and then giving people time on the track for practice.

Wonder if Jimmy would let NNRC have club section? That'd be great.

I could do with a Saturday warm up - got an engine to run-in. Would rather it be spring some time but just before the Neo.... im still holding some hope, although I think Claire now wants to do something none-RC... :blush:

If you just want a run and do some setups deerdale is open every day andis a good track . Its just down the A1 about 50 mins from york you would have to join tho . Hope this is some help for you Rich

you are welcome to use one of those Sundays at The Nook as your free "try before you join" day.
I know our track is far from perfect,but the offer is there anyway.
