Damping, oil, pack, springs, etc...
 
I can't get my head around the whole dampers setup thing.

What sort of springs, pistons, oil should I be using for a reasonably bumpy track such as PDA?

Yellow rears. No4 piston. (1.4mm) - 25wt/30wt

Roughly translated into springs/oil I currently use:

AE green rears. No4 piston. (1.4mm) - 300cst/400cst
AE silver Fronts. No3 piston (1.3mm) - 450cst

Hey Lee,
Have u tryed the Ghea pistons on ur Tamiya? The pistons size is the same as AE so think they will work!

they are a slightly different size (Tamiya being Metric and AE being imperial), but I can't rememer which are the larger diameter, I think it was the Tamiya ones...

That's true but my B44 and my trf501x pistons are identical in size!
Seen setup sheets where people have been using AE pistons on the 501x car and i think even Hupo have been using some!
