Modelsport, got to be one of the best shops in uk

after purchasing a 1/8 brushless buggy that quickly became clear wasnt up to the task for what i wanted, got to say a big thanks to modelsport who took it back with out any fuss and let me upgrade to a better more suitable buggy, big thanks to Gavin and his team:thumbsup:.
We here so much about poor shops in the uk, so give a shout when one really goes above and beyond, to help.

Modelsport UK have always come through for me, and have been 100% for customer service. Good stuff!

Cheers,

Ive actually done 3 orders with modelsport, all said they were in stock and they took money, then 1-2 days later ive had a email saying they were out of stock. took them just on 2 weeks to get me a set of mini pins. and im pretty sure schumacher offer next day delivery to shops? They did put it right but shouldnt say stock levels are good if there not.

Apex are a top bunch of guys, if its in stock, they ship the same day...they have a post office a hundred yards away from them. if, however, a supplier doesnt send what they have ordered, then its not there fault...:eh?:

I just got some tekin stuff from Apex arrived very next day!

Apex have been great to me, get all my D4 stuff through them. What i have been very impressed with is how quickly they have got stuff that wasn't in stock. Saved me a few times :) Forgot to say they always reply quickly to emails too

A month ago I bought x2 10 litres 16% nitro opti fuel. Well packed fast delivery.

Then last week bought a nitro fuel filter well packed to and fast delivery.

Tells it all top class service.
