North West Club Encourages 1/12th RC

Ribble Valley RC is trying to encourage all types of RC car racing in the North west of England.
We have a small group of 1/12th Racers who would like to add others to their numbers.
Ribble Valley is between Preston and Blackpool and has a purpose built Track available 7 days a week see link for further information http://rvrccc.co.uk/ all classes of indoor racers are welcome.

Looking at your website i came across the rules page for 12th scale & the rules seem more like a copy/paste of the BRCA national. How "flexible" are the rules?

Looking at your site i'm tempted to come along one night but the reason i ask about flexibility is i've not been running 12th for very long & am currently favouring using 21t brushed motors over 19t/10.5 for club racing until i get 100% used to the car - even though at Crewe i'm currently lapping as quick as most of the 19t/10.5 users, i feel if i go any faster motor wise i'll spend more time crashing & if i go brushless (which i will after at least a couple of full club seasons) i will more than likely use one of those £50 ezrun systems because i'd sooner use one of those for club racing & then keep a BRCA legal 10.5's & cells etc just for tournament use (which i'm not ready for yet - at 12th scale at least) & quite frankly the ezruns are ample for club use.
