Stick Tension!!

Has anyone any idea how you alter the tension on the stick springs in the Futaba P-CB3GR Transmitter? There are no screw's or anything inside to alter it so the only thing i can think of is chopping the springs down  (trying to avoid if pos)

Or is it possible to buy shorter/stiffer springs?

Any help would be appreciated

Cheers
Shaun.

There's no adjustment in the manual mate, but back in the day we used to remove a turn on the spring to make it stiffer or lengthen the spring slightly to make it lighter ;) hope this helps fella.

Trying to make them stiffer mate lol yeah i was wondering if chopping the springs down was the only option but i wasnt sure if the center coils of the spring would be strong enough to make a new loop to connect back onto the sticks. I thought maybe the ends would have been manufactured stronger with it being the anchor point.

Can you not just by shorter springs lol

Cheers guys
