I've raced mine for 2 years now every week, often 2 times a week and aside from bit's like diffs and belts wearing out i've only broken a front shock shaft, front shock tower and rear wishbone.

It's a tank :D

I raced my new (to me) 501 at Faversham last night on the polised wood floor, it went really well, had a good few prangs and nothing broke! There are a few at the club and they are so strong!

The way it drives is a bit of a mix of the CAT SX and the B44 so well happy! I may have to get a 511 soon..............

I like my 501 as it is strong and fun to drive. Broke two rear uprights last Friday, otherwise no problems. I wonder if DB01 rears will work?

it is a tank my first race after a 17 year break, racing in 4wd mod my car handled everything i could throw at it heaps of cartwheels throughout the day (my bad driving and set up) and nothing broke so stoked

Seems about right to me. Mixture from a B44 and Cat SX.

Although Ive pulled faster laps with my 501x over my B44.
I like my B44 but I purchased it for a different style track.

There's nothing on earth driving a smooth driving belt drive car
on high bite clay. Not only do you not have to worry about diffs
getting gritty, but other things as well.
