They are well and in business!!! Just takes 5 emails a forum post and 2 privet messages to get tracking information. I finally got a confirmation and tracking number from Adam Skelding (thank you Adam). Thats all i was trying to get. I hope they fix the way they respond to emails.

Just to re-iterate.
Could all customers using the Team Durango website please include all their details (Including email address) when they fill in the order it's hard to send confirmation emails without these.

Fed-Ex also require you to fill in the contact telephone number section too.

seems unfair to slang a company of on a public forum, from what i read you didn't do what you were supposed to,

Durango slow on responses

I've emailed a couple of times to try and get there parts on my hobby shop wall here in the US with no responses :( I hear a rumor of them working on a US distributor, but either way, I wouldn't mind a response.

I have two Durango racers at my track and a third wanting to buy a car, with future interest in the 2wd electric and 1/8th Nitro buggies.

First of all i did not slang the company. Second everyone makes mistake there email field is not required so any one can miss that but thats besides point. HOW THE HELL YOU RUN A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS??????????????? That is what truly bothers me. I admit i did not include my email but i emailed the company right after i placed my order!!!!!! Why should i come to a forum that has nothing to do with the company to get help? What if something is wrong with my order on arrival, who do i contact? Adam??? or do i have to come to this forum and publicly bash the company to get response? Just does not seem to be right. Please let me know if i am wrong.

@ Mark Westerfield
As you may or may not be aware there has been a toy fair in Nuremburg for the last week.
The guy who deals with the sales e-mails is at the Toy Fair meeting with distributors for the countries we don't yet have covered, including the USA.

As you can imagine we need to get the right distributor in the states as we have some pretty impressive metal coming along.

Like I said before, please think about what you are posting / titling threads with. It's not a great idea to post untruths about companies.

You weren't exactly complimentary about the company in your posts stating that we had not contacted you, when I clearly had.
We sent you out the Fed-Ex tracking number as soon as we found it.

There is a time difference between USA and UK and I for one don't spend all evenings on forums.
