does anyone have any reconmendations for a freebie windows ftp client?

mac user out of touch with pc progs soz hehe :blush:

Ditto. Filezilla is the one.

It's not adware, spyware or even nagware!
And is the easiest to use and fairly regularly updated.

There is a plugin for firefox if you want something simpler than Filezilla - http://fireftp.mozdev.org/
