Canīt reach Muchmore (UK)

Iīve tried it several times the past weeks, but couldntīreach anyone, neither via the phone number stated on their website (answering machine all the time) nor through the contact formular or a regular e-mail. Any idea how to get hold of Keith or someone there?

We're there everyday, just give us a call in the morning or drop an email to [email protected].

The power cable on my Muchmore power supply failed after about 10 meetings, looks like the live and nutral have both gone. Is this covered under the warrenty?

Okay, thanks, so Iīll try again tomorrow morning to hopefully reach you.

How have you tested the issue? I found that after a year i was getting intermitant power through the cable, opened to check the fuse and found the grub screw securing L & N had backed out causing poor contact if you twisted the cable the wrong way. Have you checked that? (only recomended if you know what you're doing!)

I tested it with the meter, both live and neutral are dead but the earth is fine, its a mouled plug so theres no way in.

Unsure why you guys haven't been able to get through, my money is on a technical problem as Keith has always been super efficient with his communications. In fact, service is always second to none.

The number I use for them is 01207 239357 and email is [email protected] and get through/get a quick reply from them every time.

Cheers,

Dan

That's correct, all UK items come with the moulded plug.

Thanks.
