A shell from old.

Hey all

Just thought id share one of the many shells ive painted over the years.
Hoping in time to sling something similar on a HB D4, 501x or if im really lucky an Aero A one, depends on how serious i wanna get back into the hobby ;)

Used Faskolor paints and my trusty Aztek brush!

I like pink :) not too sure on the green though :(

Yeah i dropped the ball on the green MI lol, i was playing with colors at the time as id just moved over to the faskolor range.
Pink is an awesome color, to me its best used on Hara's shells, i love that design, i forget who paints there shells now, i used to have the site bookmarked, stunning slingers of the polycarb paint ;)

I think I have seen that guys site, he does some great stuff not just with an airbrush if I remember.
I like the stickers! stickers are the most important thing, and you have got that art down! :) That carpet though is a bit distracting, its making my eyes go a bit mad! :D

I laughed at my Dad when he put green, pink and black on a shell together...!

Yes but now i just have to justify the Aero to 'er indoors LOL. BTW it was brain speed graphix who do the Hara style artwork, i would post the link but not sure if thats a nono.
Ive been building Star Wars studio scale replicas for the past 5 years so its time i got back to racing so ill be asking for plenty of off road knowledge sometime soon!
