Hello.
Can anybody help me?
I have just bought the above speedo.
Can anybody give me set up help or better still email me some instuctions?
There is a link on the gm site but its not working.

Hi Chris, I send you a email with the genius manual.
On the older ones the basic settings can be adjusted with the set button. For advanced settings you need a PC adapter. (for USB ref:7168.6 and serial:2894.6)
New firmware is available with still more options but all changes must be made Only with PC. For firmware upgrade you must send it to factory.

Programming is a little headache as it has too many features but once done is really good, even in sensorless mode.

This settings was copied in my HD from the old web page from Gm:
Recommended settings for lrp motor sensorless:
AMP LIMIT = 100
TURBO = 2
BRAKE MIN = 0
BRAKE MAX = 90
START AMP = 200
AUTOBRAKE = 10
FREQUENCY = 1
POWER CURVE = 0
AUTOGAS = 0
FULL BRAKE = 90
MAX REVERSE = 100

ABS = 0
RPM LIMIT = 0
ARMATURE = 2
RESERVED = 6
