Me and a couple of mates sometimes go to a little church hall near Bingley of a friday to race around with a dozen or so like minded guys. Tonight they ran 9 minute rounds. Look what happened to my Cyclone!:eh?:

Originally being a nitro man i have little knowledge of magic smoke, is this magic smoke what esc's run on, and therefore why they don't work with big melty holes in the side? :D

It's f*******ked, but I know where there are a couple of LRP QC2's going at a good price if you're interested. ;)

...some of the magic smoke? By the fog in the hall I would say ALL of it! Although, being a clever Novak, it did try to make some more by spitting flaming fets onto the wooden floor!!! Unfortunately, the organiser did a special anti-smoke dance to stop the magic, well, until the fet burnt the sole of his sneekers,:D :D :D

Hello,

Can you give us a bit more information about the place where you race in Bingley?

I live in Baildon, but which hall do you race at? How often? What Rules?

Cheers guys
Jonny

its the church hall in gilstead just out of bingley mate. it is the guy who runs the model shop in bingley who runs the club too.

philly 27-05-2007 10:53 AM

At the moment, it runs every other Friday, alternating with indoor helecopters, from 7pm. There is usually about 15-20 racers, a couple of rounds of buggies, a round of 1/18 scale and a round of touring cars. Usually 3 rounds and a final. Compute timed with manual lap counts.
The club is run on the night by Nori Jagdev, who used to race at Batley etc. If you want his number PM me and I'll pass it on.
