At work, they force me to listen to Galaxy 105 :p

Today they were talking abut one of his mates, who races cars at york, and hes camping this weekend.,

Anyone know a Mr Simon Hirst? Hes a radio DJ for galaxy

Mrs oOple 24-05-2007 09:34 AM

I've heard of 'Hirstys daily dose', although I'm more of a radio1 girl myself.

I know Vernon Kay is a big RC fan.. he often mentions his Nitro Off-Roaders. I think he raced at max bashing once too.

Ben did they definitely mention R/C racing? Just wondered because there is a Drag Racing track at York and I know they have camping there, just a thought;)

I tried to get Edith to play Biffy Clyro and say, music to build my AS2 to.

She never did.

Jo wiley, I have been read out 2 times on her show. She rocks. :D

Probably York Drag strip...

They're racing this weekend, and the name does sound familiar - i'm there a lot, so I know most people who are regulars.

What's wrong with Galaxy? Steve and Karen in the morning... quality!

PaulRotheram 24-05-2007 05:14 PM

Whos Steve and Karen? Thought it was Hirsty's DAily dose?

I dont mind Galaxy. Except, I dont like dance music. I dont like radio stations that play the same song 6 times a day. I dont like radio stations thta think retro is 2004. I dont like music that sounds like some smacking their against a whoopy cushion whilst kicking a bin.

Thats all.

Unfortunately thats how Radio 1 is going.

I'd rather listen to Radio 1 though as I can't cope with all the blummin ad's on other stations.

Comedy dave is ace, and scott mills is a genious. Wiley does play some good new music.

Hog 25-05-2007 08:21 AM

i-Tunes streaming radio is the answer - more than enough variety of music styles to choose from - and I can listen at work too!

BenG 25-05-2007 08:38 AM

He off grass tracking in york ;)
