Kyosho question
 

Hi all

back in the day I ran an mp777, looking around at rallyx cars at the min. What do you all think of the MP9 I have seen quite a few for sale, were as there seem very few MBX6's etc.is the MP9 a problem child?

I have an MP9 and I am yet to race it, got it new in December.

its the MP9 racing, not the TKI. The TKI comes with every conceivable extra (OTT) such as fancy pivot balls, but the Racing comes with the revised suspension and is not lacking any hopped up component - so don't be put off by the TKI price, its the 'Racing' you'll likely need. Built very nicely and appears to be strong - although i haven't ran mine yet.

mp9 is a top car, its already tq`d 2 nats and won one in 09 :thumbsup:, if you need any help just ask ;)

Good luck with the car racing dwarf:) I am building mine too on my pit table in the living room. Wifes not too happy but its that or the loft or the garage so at least she gets to see me at night this way:D

How are you guys doing with the MP9? Im well impressed with mine. Built out of the box with 7k 9k 2k diff oils, 37.5wt 30wt shock oils. Everything else exactly to manual.
